8 hrs Steeped Cold Brew Coffee

Let me just start out by saying that this page is my most favorite in the menu because coffee is a way of life for me. I know a lot of people around me who are avid tea drinkers, but my go to has always been coffee in any form and any shade. I prefer hot coffee over cold unless a little bit of chocolate is involved in the cold one.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp condensed milk
  • 8 hours steeped coffee
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Chocolate Syrup (I used Hershey’s chocolate syrup)

Method:

Steeping the coffee:

  1. Add 3 tsp ground coffee in a glass jar and 2 cups of water.
  2. Close the lid of the glass jar and let the coffee steep in the water for exact 8 hours.

Preparing the Milk:

  1. Mix 1/2 cup milk with 2 tsp condensed milk so the milk will give a creamy texture and will thicken up a bit.

Mixing the Coffee:

  1. Spray the insides of the coffee glass with hershey’s chocolate syrup on all sides.
  2. Add 1/2 cup ice cubes in it.
  3. Pull the iced coffee out of the refrigerator at the 9th hour and pour 1/2 glass of steeped coffee in the coffee glass.
  4. Add the 1/2 glass of sweetened thick milk in the glass jar, mix all the liquids and sip sip.
